Serotonin has major impacts on your body. As a neurotransmitter it plays a role in a lot of different tasks and low serotonin levels have been associated with some very dangerous and scary illnesses like schizophrenia, alcoholism, depression, parkison disease, while some of these can be relieved with serotonin treatment, some cannot be and others like parkison can only be done so for a little while. However, the good thing is there are plenty of things you can do to boost your serotonin levels. One way to boost serotonin for example is to take a supplement that encourages your bodies natural ability to produce serotonin, hormones and their pre-cursors.
