You know supplements are great, but I want everyone to first try this one tactic for increasing energy and focus. No its not buying Sera...though that will help, its doing exercise. I'm sure you've all heard it before. Read it a hundred times on the top 5 this, or 3 best ways this and so on.
But simply put don't try. Make time. Schedule it. Write it in your scheduler, outlook or message yourself to actually do some exercise. It doesn't have to be much, you can go for a 20 minute walk. No need to stress excessively about it but when you are stressed, tired or lethargic go for a walk. It helps trust me, science and my own personal experiences have shown me the light.
20 minutes once, twice or three times a week goes a long way. Think about that the next time you run for your coffee.
