Health and Vitamins

Being a supplement comany you would think we would politely ignore articles like these or beat them down. Well, we aren't thugs, and the article isn't the best for information for example, it lacks citations and by researchers they mean a few doctors. You can find a doctor with any kind of view point really.

However, the important things to take away from the new york times article is simply this. Its always better to consume vegetables, fruits and a source of protein for your body. Doctors and nutritionists are not always in agreeance with what is a healthy level of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. (most doctors have one nutrition class if that)

However, stable and quality products have better impacts than cheaper vitamins. Many of these studies do not take into consideration the quality of the vitamins. For example it would be like saying the average car breaks down at x miles. However, perhaps buying a high quality car means that you do not break down at x miles. Researchers, doctors and nutritionists need to be far more specific in their studies as they generalize all manufacturing types to be equal which is not the case, nor are people.

However the take away stands strong, eat vegetables and fruits, get daily exercise. However, I feel that vitamins are just fine but you'll find people on every side of the aisle. Its perfectly fine, but I take Sera daily for its mental boosting, increase of abstract thought and its energy enhancing properties- I walk the walk so to speak.
