B6 foods you can eat

Foods like vegetables, meat, cereals, fish, sprouts, legumes and poultry increase B6 intake. Depending upon whether you are a vegetarian or a non vegetarian, you can accordingly consume food products containing B6. Mutton, eggs, pork, peanut butter, milk, chicken breast, tuna, cheese, salmon cereals, spinach, wheat bran, potato, tomato, banana, beans, walnut, avocado and soybean are very rich sources of B6 vitamin. Of course a mood boosting supplement maybe necassary if you cannot eat or afford all of these foods on a daily basis.
